I built my approach around service, responsiveness and practical problem solving. If you are buying from out of state, I can be the eyes on the ground. If you are shopping waterfront, I want to understand the boat and the route before we fall in love with the kitchen. If you are selling, I want the property positioned around the things today’s buyers actually compare.
I’d rather answer the awkward question early than let it become an expensive surprise later. That means looking at the details — utilities, insurance, condo rules, waterfront access, major systems, permits and the things that can change a deal.
