BigCHomes privacy notice.
A plain-English baseline privacy notice for the custom website. This should be reviewed against any final analytics, CRM, email and advertising tools enabled at launch.
Information you submit
When you submit a contact, home-value, waterfront-finder, market-update, Neighborhood Report or Share Your Experience form, BigCHomes may collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, real-estate preferences, requested market area, message, client feedback or testimonial content, and your choice about whether BigCHomes may quote that feedback publicly.
BigCHomes accounts and interactive tools
If you create a BigCHomes account, the site may collect your name, verified email address, mobile number and account-login information. Netlify Identity is used to provide account registration, email confirmation, sign-in and session management. The site may also store a small browser-based counter so guests can use certain interactive tools a limited number of times before signing in. A phone-validation service may be used to check whether a submitted number appears valid before an account is created.
Website analytics and attribution
The site is designed to record basic lead-attribution information such as referral source, campaign parameters and the page that generated a form submission. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled later, this notice will be updated to describe them.
Public property-data lookups
The Seller Reality Check may send the property address and mapped location of a Cape Coral property to public City of Cape Coral GIS/Open Data services to retrieve flood, utility/assessment, lien, code-case and permit screening information. The lookup does not send the homeowner's name, email address or phone number to those public GIS services.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to your request, provide real-estate services, send updates you specifically request, maintain business records and improve the website. BigCHomes does not intend to sell website-lead information to lead marketplaces. Feedback submitted through the Share Your Experience form is not automatically published; BigCHomes may quote it publicly only when the submitter grants permission.
Third-party services
The live property search is provided by Florida Gulf Coast MLS Matrix. Neighborhood Report market-report requests use Realtors Property Resource® (RPR®) and its report-widget delivery infrastructure to provide the requested report and send the submitted lead details back to BigCHomes. Netlify hosts the website, processes website form submissions and provides BigCHomes account authentication through Netlify Identity. Google Analytics and related Google services are used for website measurement and attribution. Other email or CRM services may also process information when used. Their own privacy terms may apply.
